How It Works

  1. Open a Request. Join our Discord server and navigate to the ticket category. Click to open a secure, private chat channel.
  2. Z-Wallet Protection. An authorized swapper accepts your request, locking their funds in the Z-Wallet system to ensure maximum safety and protection for the trade.
  3. Transfer Funds. The User sends the Fiat payment directly to the Swapper's provided payment details and confirms it via the dashboard.
  4. Receive Crypto. The Swapper verifies the payment receipt and instantly transfers the agreed Crypto to the User's wallet.
  5. Trade Finalized. The User confirms receipt of the Crypto. The deal is finalized, and the Swapper's Z-Wallet collateral is successfully unlocked.

How does the middleman Z-Wallet service protect my transaction?

When a trade is initiated in a ticket, the swapper locks personal funds in a secure, audited Z-Wallet collateral account. The user is protected against fraud, and is guaranteed to receive their assets once terms are fulfilled. Only when the user verifies receipt does the smart contract unlock the collateral.

What are the service fees for a swap?

Your fee is set by the payment method you send with, not by whether you are buying or selling. Sending crypto is 3%. Most fiat rails including PayPal Balance, Revolut, Apple Pay, Venmo and bank transfer are 8%. PayPal card or bank payments and Paysafe are 15%, and Wunschgutschein vouchers are 25%. On INR swaps, UPI and bank transfer are 4%. A minimum fee of €2 applies to most methods (€3 on Paysafe and PayPal card or bank), converted to your currency at the live rate. The exact fee is always shown before you confirm.

How long does a typical trade take to complete?

On average, trades are completed in under 5 minutes. As soon as fiat payments are verified, our active swappers release the matching crypto funds instantly.

Is there any KYC or identification required to trade?

No. Koryu operates under strict privacy principles. We do not require personal details, identification uploads, or KYC verification.

What is the difference between Trial, Junior, and Senior Swappers?

Swappers are ranked by tenure and completed volume. Trial Swappers are under active admin supervision. Junior Swappers are fully vetted and post collateral. Senior Swappers are veterans authorized to handle large-scale and complex transactions. Always verify roles inside our server before dealing.

What should I do if someone direct messages (DMs) me claiming to be staff?

Never deal outside official ticket channels. Our staff and swappers will never DM you to initiate a swap or solicit funds. If someone messages you privately claiming to be from Koryu, block them immediately and report it to our staff.
